1. How long can I keep eBooks or eAudiobooks?

Checkouts for eBooks last 21 days. 

2. How many eBooks or eAudiobooks can I have checked out at a time?

You may borrow 10 titles at a time. 

3. Can I renew my eBooks or eAudiobooks?

If there are no holds on a title, a Renew button will appear in your My Books tab 3 days prior to your loan expiring. 

4. Can I return eBooks or eAudiobooks early?

Yes, you can have up to 10 items on hold.

7. I got an error message on cloudLibrary. What should I do?

Errors are uncommon in cloudLibrary, but when they do pop up they’re easy to resolve. Visit the cloudLibrary Common Issues page to see all error messages and how you can resolve them. When in doubt, restart your device or uninstall and reinstall the app.

8. Can I read/listen on one device and switch over to another without losing my spot?

Yes! If you start reading/listening on one device, you can jump over to another device without losing your spot. Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal on both devices so your reading/listening history is saved and available to be reopened. 

Sometimes syncing issues can occur when users jump between networks, or between online and offline reading. For instance, if you read ahead on one device while disconnected from the internet and then start reading on another device that is connected to the internet, you will pick up at an earlier place in the book. A strong internet connection is the easiest way to make sure the titles and reading spot is kept between devices. 

9. I forgot my PIN number. What should I do to get it?

If we have your email on file, you can reset it by logging in to our catalog or by contacting a library.

10. It says my privilege has expired. What should I do?

Every few years we update your contact information. Contact your library to renew your library card.
