The library only receives the 1040 and 1040-SR forms. Schedules 1, 2 and 3 are included in this booklet as well, however tax tables and other schedules and forms must be printed from the IRS website. Staff can assist with locating and printing forms but are not able to give advice regarding the forms you might need. Black and white printing/copying is $0.10 per page.
You may order other forms and publications from the IRS webpage or by calling 1-800-829-3676 Monday through Friday from 7 AM - 7 PM. The IRS will send them to your residence. You may also have Minnesota forms sent to you by calling 651-296-3781 or 1-800-652-9094.
It's always best to call your library to see if what you are looking for is in. Please note that we no longer receive Minnesota state tax forms.

Federal tax forms and publications for businesses often have to be ordered directly from the IRS and cannot be printed off (they may be available locally at office supply stores for a fee). We do not carry them in the libraries. For more information see the IRS Tax Information for Businesses page, and the Minnesota Department of Revenue's Businesses webpage.
